Assalamualaikum and Hello My Fellow Shredders!

Wah! It was almost a year and a half now since the last time I really wrote something in this blog. Well, no use in reasoning for my absence, I guess. I mean this blog is about guitar stuffs, rite? Not a personal ranting space.

Anyway, few things to start off..

First of, I sold my Ibanez SV Prestige. Why? Oh, not because of the quality or anything, I mean, that particular Ibanez is the best guitar I have ever laid my hands on! Nothing beats it. But I sold it nonetheless.

Second of, eh.. jap.. apsal aku berblog dalam English ek? Tengok la, dah lama sangat tinggalkan blog ni sampai aku lupa format blog ni. Well, aku rasa kalu takde kena mengena ngan hal2 teknikal mungkin korang tak kisah kot kannn..

Anyway, to the ‘Second Of’ topic, the reason aku jual Ibanez SV Prestige aku. Nak tau apsal? Heheh.. the only thing that is worth trading with the Ibanez SV Prestige is.. aku beli Charvel Jackson Karl Cromok!! Wuuuuhuuuuuuu!!

Ok, here’s the thing. Aku still stand by my opinion yang the Ibanez SV Prestige is the best. Tapi gitar Karl Cromok ada satu aura, and priceless sentimental value, wahai dude and dudettes. The Charvel mungkin dah berumur lebih dari 20 tahun, tapi sound quality is still there due to the owner being one of the best guitar keepers in the whole wide world, man..

Aku akan post gambar gitar tu later on. As of now, since aku ade kat kampong and bawak laptop je balik, I just want to brag about it a little, boleh?? Pedulik hape.. blog aku.. muahahahahah!

The Charvel, humbucker pickup kat bridge and strat kat middle and neck. Pick up switch die complicated sket, so you can’t go all Yngwie or Ozielzinho by switching the pickups in the middle of the continuous solos. You have to steal at least 2 seconds to switch from neck to bridge.

The bridge humbucker sounds, perghhh! Superb mannn! Aku janji nanti aku upload video with the best sound quality for the video so korang boleh judge. (Honey Bunny, where’s my Audiotone???).

The neck’s strat sounds too soft to my liking though. Come to think of it, I’ve never had a guitar with strat pickup at the neck. Mungkin sebab tu kot. But, I’ll try to adjust. Kalau Malmsteen boleh idup bertahun2 ngan strat, takkan aku takleh kot? Maybe upgrade the strat to more heavy sound. (suggestion please?)

Third of, the meeting with the man himself, Sir Karl of Cromok. Mann.. aku rasa aku cover ni dalam entry akan datang la ek??
